LOVE MAKES SWEET MUSIC

Love makes sweet music
Makes you wanna shout
Love makes sweet music
Makes you wanna run, makes you wanna cry out
Makes you wanna shout, makes you wanna run to her

Every night it's the same old scene
Drinking wine cos you're scared to dream
But you know that things will get better
If you let your dreams get better than wine
It's a waste of time

When it's dark and you hear your heart beat
Walk down moonlight's lonely high street
Something sings and you feel sunshine
But you know you're full of moonshine, too
It's staring at you – yeah, alright now

Love makes sweet music
Makes you wanna shout
Love makes sweet music
Makes you wanna run, makes you wanna cry out
Makes you wanna shout, makes you wanna run to her

And you're right where you were
Yeah, alright now

Love makes sweet music
Makes you wanna shout
Love makes sweet music, yeah
It makes you wanna run, makes you wanna cry out
Makes you wanna shout, makes you wanna run…

And it makes you wanna run and cry
Makes you wanna run…

I need you more than ever now
Where the trees grow
That's where my love died
That's where you can hide
That's now much I need you now

I feed you more than leaves are brown
Where the sun shines on my feet
That's where my love died
That's where you can hide

Giorgo Gomelsky

[It's my, my, my bed you're lying on
And it's my, my, my bed you're dying on
But if it's my head you're relying on

You gotta save yourself save yourself
Don't enslave yourself save yourself
Just to save yourself save yourself
Stay in your own bed at night

Because, girl, you know
That if I try to feed you
And keep you all week to make you feel secure
Then you won't leave my bed
Though you wanna stay fed
Will your heart remain, girl?
You know you can't make it
Without tryin' to fake it
And I believe, baby

You gotta save yourself save yourself
Don't enslave yourself save yourself
Just to save yourself save yourself
Stay in your own bed at night

Mi opinión sobre la canción:

Tema rockero.

You may laugh at me, girl
Say I don't deserve
All the things I've had - sad...

I should've known it wouldn't last
But things were happening so fast
I'll never know just how it stayed so long
I should've known it, should've seen at the time
But when you're happy, don't you know that you're blind?

I should've known it wouldn't last, no
But things were happening so fast
I'll never know just how it stayed so long
I should've known it, should've seen at the time
But when you're happy, you don't know that you're blind - don't you know?
No - yeah...

You may laugh at me, girl
Say I don't deserve
All the things I've had - sad...

How far can anyone go and to where?
How much can anyone do and to whom?
Oh, oh, oh, girl - I'm so low, girl
What can I do? I believe in you!

How far can anyone go and to where?
How much can anyone do and to whom?
Oh, oh, oh, girl - I'm so low, girl
Take a look around, what's that you found?

There'll come a time
When you won't understand
The position on...

Letras

When I don't want you
Why do I stay here?
You're not the one
For me

Is it because girl
You know you say that you need me
And you cry when I say
When I say that I'll go?

And I'm tired
Baby, I'm tired by your tears
They don't reach my ears anymore
No, not anymore

Mi opinión sobre la canción:

Influencias jazzistas.

I know I cannot leave this place
Full of memories
Things like the way they knew us
All over town

We used to walk the streets together
We could be seen
Past shops where people knew us
Yeah, people knew

I've got to choose between tomorrow
And yesterday
I can't stop to think about
My life, here today

Maybe I'll find someone to get you
Off my mind
Take me away from here
And leave it, leave it all behind

Memories can hang you up and haunt you
All your life, you know
Get so you cannot stay
And yet cannot go

I could find out where she's gone
Today I feel so unhappy
Streets seem so empty now
I want you with me

Mi opinión sobre la canción:

Bonita balada rockera.

B3 You Don't Remember

Could almost see her eyes
Is it me she despises or you – or you, girl?
You're awfully nice to me
And I'm sure you can see what her game is – it's me, girl!

She sees you in her place
Just as if it's a race and you're winning – me, girl!
She just can't undertsand
That for me everything's just beginning – with me, girl!

But before this feeling dies
Remember that I told you lies...

Now I love your eyes – on me, girl
See how the time flies – past me, girl
She's learning to hate
But it's just too late for me – for me, girl
It was the same with her love
It just wasn't enough for me – for me, girl

But before this feeling dies
Remember that I told you lies...

Mi opinión sobre la canción:

Canción rockera.

Baby's fine, baby's mine
You understand that she's gone

I said hold me tight, stay tonight
My little woman has gone

Won't you let me walk with you
Talk with you, make love to you?
Won't you let me hold you tight?
Stay tonight!

Baby's fine, baby's mine
My little woman has gone – yeah, she's a teeny-bopper!

Mi opinión sobre la canción:

Canción rockera

If I had to choose between the two
I'd rather be with you, I'd rather be with you
(Yes I would)

If you keep on breaking up my mind
You won't like what you find
Won't like what you see – see, see...

I want you, love
I really do – I do, I do...

Tell me now before you change your name
Why aren't you more insane?
You think you're civilised
Close your eyes, close your eyes
